Refund Policy — Fix The Photo Online. Because our work is a digital service delivered electronically, refunds work differently than with physical goods: 1. Free trial first: we always recommend starting with our free sample edit so you can confirm our quality before paying anything. 2. Revisions before refunds: if a delivered edit does not match your written instructions, tell us within 7 days and we will re-edit it free of charge until it does. 3. When a refund applies: if we cannot deliver your project at all (for example, we miss an agreed deadline without a revised timeline), you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion. 4. No refunds for: change-of-mind after final files are delivered and approved, or instructions that were unclear or changed after delivery. 5. How to request: email contact@fixthephotoonline.com with your order details within 7 days of delivery. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
